If you didn't receive the order:
If your order is shipped and is on the way, you can say that you do not accept the cargo when the cargo arrives at your door. Your cargo will be sent back to us.
If you paid with the card, your card will be refunded. If you have placed an order via wire transfer/EFT, you can disclose the situation via a support request and send us your IBAN number and Name Surname information. These refunds will be made when your cargo and the invoice contained in it arrive to us. Don't worry, we do the check-in strides as fast as possible.
